– Appearance: Yellow transparent liquid<br>- Solid Content (N.V %): 30±1%<br>- Formulation:<br> FASIVE-555: 50<br> Toluene: 22.5<br> Methyl ethyl ketone (MEK): 25<br> n-Hexane: 2.5<br> Silica powder (F-100): 3 (20% of resin solids)<br>- Mixing Note: Mix the above ingredients using a high-speed disperser for more than 15 minutes to ensure uniform resin mixing.<br>- Coating and Dilution Temperature: 20~30℃<br>- Storage Conditions: Above 5℃ in winter, below 30℃ in summer |

– Anilox Roll: 140~160 mesh<br>- Dry Coating Weight: 1.1~1.2 g/m²<br>- Drying Oven Temperature: 120~130℃ for 10~15 seconds<br>- Humidification: Adding a small amount of water vapor to the coating surface can improve quality.<br>- Doctor Blade: 500 rpm, counter-rotation, in contact with the coating surface |

Approximately 95-105℃/0.4 seconds on vertical and flat-bed hot stamping machines. |
