– Appearance: Yellow liquid<br>- Solid Content (N.V %): 40% (150℃ × 30min)<br>- Formulation:<br> FASIVE-730: 50<br> Diluent: 50 (Composition: Ethyl acetate: n-Butyl acetate: Ethanol = 5:2:3)<br> Silica powder (F-100): 3<br>- Mixing Note: Mix the above ingredients using a high-speed disperser for about 30 minutes to ensure uniform resin mixing.<br>- Coating and Dilution Temperature: 20~30℃<br>- Storage Conditions: Above 5℃ in winter, below 30℃ in summer |

– Anilox Roll: 140~160 mesh<br>- Dry Coating Weight: 1.4~1.8 g/m²<br>- Drying Oven Temperature: 120~130℃ for 10~15 seconds<br>- Coating Speed: 80~100 m/min<br>- Release Requirements: Use OPWAX or water wax release layer. |
