– Appearance: Dark yellow liquid<br>- Solid Content (N.V %): 30±2%<br>- Formulation:<br> FASIVE-771: 10<br> F-100: 0.45<br> Toluene: 5<br> Methyl ethyl ketone (MEK): 5<br>- Mixing Note: Mix the above ingredients using a high-speed disperser for more than 15 minutes to ensure uniform resin mixing.<br>- Coating and Dilution Temperature: 20~30℃<br>- Storage Conditions: Above 5℃ in winter, below 30℃ in summer |

– Anilox Roll: 140-180 mesh<br>- Dry Coating Weight: 1.2~1.4 g/m²<br>- Drying Oven Temperature: 110~130℃ for 10~15 seconds<br>- Humidification: Adding a small amount of water vapor to the coating surface can improve quality. |
| Hot Stamping Method |
Suitable for roll hot stamping using silicone rubber molds (circular or non-circular parts) and for flat-bed hot stamping using silicone rubber or metal molds. |
