Physical Properties |
– Appearance: White viscous liquid<br>- Solid Content (N.V %): 50-55% (150℃ × 30min)<br>- Formulation:<br> Main agent (FALAC-PW66) : Diluent (n-Butyl acetate) = 5 : 1<br>- Mixing Note: Mix the above ingredients using a high-speed disperser for about 30 minutes to ensure uniform resin mixing.<br>- Coating and Dilution Temperature: 20~30℃<br>- Storage Conditions: Above 5℃ in winter, below 30℃ in summer |
Coating Process |
– Anilox Roll: Approximately 100 mesh<br>- Dry Coating Weight:<br> First coat: 5~6 g/m²<br> Second coat: 10~12 g/m²<br>- Drying Oven Temperature: 100~110℃ for 10~15 seconds<br>- Coating Speed: 80~100 m/min<br>- Release Requirements: Can be directly coated on the surface of PET film. An additional release layer of OPWAX or water wax can be added to the PET film surface if needed. |
