Seal and store any unused FALOCK-55.<br>- Coating and Dilution Temperature: 20~30℃<br>- Storage Conditions: Above 5℃ in winter, below 30℃ in summer |

– Anilox Roll: Approximately 200 mesh<br>- Dry Coating Weight: 1.1~1.2 g/m²<br>- Drying Oven Temperature: 100℃-140℃-155℃-160℃-140℃ for 10~15 seconds<br>- Coating Speed: 90~100 m/min<br>- Release Requirements: Best results when used with our company’s resin release agent FAREL-110.<br>- Release Agent Concentration: Suggested concentration of 110 release agent is 0.8-1.2%, adjustable according to hot stamping edge effects. |
