| Coating Process |
– Anilox Roll: 200 mesh or 190 mesh<br>- Dry Coating Weight: 1.0~1.3 g/m²<br>- Drying Oven Temperature: 100℃-130℃-150℃-155℃-140℃ for 10~15 seconds<br>- Coating Speed: 100~120 m/min<br>- Release Requirements: Suitable for release with ordinary water wax or OP wax<br>- Usage Recommendation: For making dark colors like silver or red, use in combination with FALAC-305. Suggested ratio (303:305) is 1-4:1 depending on the requirement. |
