Storage Conditions: <br> – Unopened products should be stored in a cool place at 30℃, avoiding light exposure, direct sunlight, and rain. Shelf life is 6 months. <br> – Opened products should be sealed promptly and used as soon as possible. |
Application Scope |
Suitable for film materials. WS-1050 UV-curing coating provides high hardness and excellent sealing effects, especially on film materials with low shrinkage. It also offers anti-pollution and scratch-resistant properties, making it ideal for touch panels, LCD TVs, TFT LCD panels, electronic whiteboards, and other products that are frequently touched. |
Usage Method |
1. Usage Requirements: Shake the coating gently before use to avoid mixing in air. <br> 2. Drying and Curing Conditions: Choose according to the curing equipment and conditions of STD. <br> 3. UV Irradiation Energy: 100-150 mJ/cm² <br> 4. Coating Amount: Dilute with a mixture of MEK and toluene to the appropriate machine concentration, ensuring a dry resin amount of 2-3 g/m². |
Precautions |
1. It is recommended to wear gloves when using. <br> 2. Avoid contact with skin (eyes) to prevent redness and swelling. If contact occurs, rinse immediately. |
