– Appearance: Colorless transparent viscous liquid<br>- Solid Content (N.V %): 45±1% (150℃, 30min)<br>- Viscosity: 5000±1000 cps at 25℃<br>- Diluent: Ethyl acetate or toluene<br>- Storage Conditions:<br>Store indoors at room temperature (30℃), avoiding direct sunlight.<br>Shelf life: In East China, 2 months from June to October; 3 months in other seasons.<br>In South China, 2 months from April to October; 3 months in other seasons. |

– Substrate: PE film, BOPP film, PET film<br>- Adhesion Strength:<br> PE film: 5~20g<br> BOPP film: 10g<br> PET film: 10g<br>※ The adherend used in experiments is stainless steel. |
| Usage Method |
– Mixing Ratio: Resin/Curing Agent/Diluent = 100g/0.5-1.5g/200g<br>- Drying Temperature:<br> PE products: 65~90℃ (65℃, 75℃, 85℃, 90℃, 85℃, 70℃)<br> OPP products: 85~110℃<br> PET products: 85~140℃<br>- Coating Speed: 50~60 m/min<br>- Coating Amount: 2~3 g/m² (dry adhesive)<br>- Curing Conditions: Place in a 50℃ curing chamber for 48 hours, or leave at room temperature for over one week<br>Note: Each coating factory must adjust the adhesive ratio appropriately due to differences in equipment conditions, oven temperatures, coating rollers, coating speeds, production environment temperature and humidity, base film quality, and curing time and conditions. |
| Precautions |
– This product is solvent-based, flammable, volatile, and has an odor. It should be kept away from moisture.<br>- Install ventilation equipment near the machine and in the workshop to ensure the health of users and the environment.<br>- Keep away from flames and prevent sparks from static electricity during dry seasons.<br>- Seal the container promptly after use to prevent solvent evaporation, environmental contamination, or moisture ingress, which may affect product quality.<br>- The product becomes more viscous over time after adding the curing agent. Use the adhesive in small quantities and multiple times as needed to ensure product quality. |
